Service Description
If you live in our service area, we can come to you! We can be more accurate in person and ensure you have everything you need to purchase a bit or bridle that will fit your horse correctly or adjust your current tack. On-site full assessments are booked in two-hour increments, per horse. Please book far enough out to allow you time to complete and return the items we will need from you in advance of your appointment. Once your consultation is booked: We will provide you with a full summary of how a consultation goes from beginning to what happens after, a list of ways you can prepare you and your horse ahead of time, as well as a questionnaire we need back at least 48 business hours prior to our appointment so we can also be best prepared for your horse’s individual needs. Please note: if we do not receive your information at least 48 business hours prior to your consultation, we will have to reschedule. We’ll need information about your horse, any issues you’re experiencing with your horse, and anything about your horse that isn’t on the questionnaire you think we need to know. We will provide you with a full summary of how a mounted consultation goes from beginning to what happens after, a list of ways you can prepare you and your horse ahead of time, as well as a questionnaire we need back at least 48 business hours prior to our appointment so we can also be best prepared for your horse’s individual needs. Please note: if we do not receive your information at least 48 business hours prior to your consultation, we will have to reschedule. Our questionnaire asks for information about your horse, any current issues you’re noticing with your horse as well as what discipline(s) you participate in and whether you show or not. If you show, please tell us which governing bodies you show under (USEF, USDF, etc.) so we can make recommendations that are “legal” for your organization. Please note: We require all equines we see in person to be current on their vaccinations and Coggins due to communicable disease risk. We’re happy to answer any questions you have and after our consultation, will send details of all recommended items and provide information for purchases. Currently, we have a very limited selection of bridles "in stock" and they are exclusively for consulting. We are not brand reps and do not keep inventory on hand to sell. We do not currently have trial bits due to communicable equine disease risk.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Last minute cancellations or no-shows will be invoiced the price of the service booked. Repeated cancellations or reschedules may require a deposit to rebook.
